Randy Fricke - President

Randall J. Fricke has spent his entire career in the field of industrial construction. He attended John A. Logan College in 1976 to study welding and metallurgy. He worked for F & E erectors for 1 year as a welder before he moved on to join Carpenter Riggers. He was hired as a welder but became an ironworker and also learned to operate a crane. In 1978 he accepted a position with R & H Construction as an ironworker. A short time later he became one of their crew foremen. He ran steel erecting crews for them until 1980 when he was promoted to Supervisor and ran various projects for them. In 1982 Randy accepted an offer to work as a Construction supervisor for Constructors of Mid-America.

In 1985 he was promoted to General Manager of construction for them. He held this position until 1988 when Constructors of Mid-America restructured and became Lin-Con Inc. During this merger he was promoted to Vice-President of operations.

Randy became the President of Lin-Con, Inc. in 1993. At that time he was also named President of Lin-Con's Western Division, Gilmore Construction located in Gillett Wyoming. He remained with Constructors of Mid-America/Lin-Con, Inc. for 12 years when in 1997 he resigned to begin his venture in Fricke Management & Contracting Inc.
