A milestone for the project was hit when the County Highway 12 conveyor crossing was safely and successfully erected. The box truss section was preassembled and set in place on Tuesday March 2. Close coordination with PSGC and the County Highway Department allowed FMC to minimize the road closure exposure. FMC was able to complete the overhead work and get the highway back open to local traffic ahead of schedule in order to minimize the inconvenience to local traffic.
