Jeromy began his construction career for Fricke Management & Contracting in July of 2000. He worked as a laborer at our Lafarge Cement plant project installing rebar for the reclaim tunnel.  He was involved in projects at several coal mines installing conveyor systems, preparation plants, barge loading facilities and reclaim tunnels.  Jeromy has gained valuable working knowledge erecting large quantities of structural steel and learning to operate 40, 60 and 80 ton cranes.

In 2003 he ran his first crew while installing a preparation plant at Turris Coal. Later that year he began working in our estimating department. Jeromy's field experience proved to be a valuable asset as he transitioned into estimating and project coordination for the company.
