
Nancy Fricke - Controller
Nancy attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where she studied Aviation management and received her pilot's license. She worked for American Airlines from 1990 to 1996 as a Flight Attendant.
In 1997 Randy and Nancy started Fricke Management after recognizing a need in the industry for quality industrial contractor. As partners they have made conscious business decisions that make Fricke Management the successful company they are, today.
With Randy in charge of procurement, bidding, coordination, and completion, Nancy's role is to ensure that he has the back up system required to make every aspect of a project successful. Nancy prides herself on the fact that she has set up a state of the art facility that allows the construction department to run smoothly.
In the early stages of Fricke Management, Nancy set up and ran all aspects of the office Accounting, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and Human Resources. With the growth of the company that department has grown to a staff of 4, including a full time accountant. She still handles all banking and financial decisions, technical aspects of the office, and all company image decisions, including web-site content and advertising.
As Fricke Management has grown from 10 employees to 75 over the past 12 years, it has been crucial to keep the office coordination one step ahead of growth. This is where Nancy is in her element. With her ability to project the technical and logistical needs of the business, all growth transitions have been uneventful.
